Polyman contacted our team with strong desire to be understood, to be heard and to be positioned as more than just injection moulders. The task at hand was to create a story around the brand that emotionally attracted clients and provided an opportunity to connect the team behind the business.
We decided to produce a campaign that featured several moving parts each tackling a key element in the brand building process. These pillars being story and connection, trust and belief and education and insight.
We know as a result of these focuses we would create a newly established client base which were value focused, emotionally connected and trusting. And let me just say, if you deal with customers all day, you'll know the difference "What's your best price" and "I know you're the guy"!
