Creative (Video/Photo)
The Role
We’re looking for a creative who can see a project through from that first spark of an idea all the way to the final export. Someone who thrives on making things happen.
Planning, producing, shooting, editing and putting their own stamp on the work. At Splash, you’re not just a cog in the machine. You’ll have the freedom to own your craft, make the calls, and push the work forward.

About You
- 3+ Years on-camera experience as a Videographer
- Advanced editing ability using Davinci Resolve or Premiere Pro.
- Have projects under your belt which show your ability to create, capture & convey emotion through story!
- You thrive in an energetic, on the go environment, eager to collaborate & particpate as a team!
- Strong eye for detail, composition and emotion.
Brownie Points...
- Architectural Videography/Photography experience
- Advanced Photography experience (retouching, varied industries/styles)
- Experience working face to face with clients. Presenting creative treatments/decks , working on logistics and developing budgets etc.
What You Will do
- Turn ideas into clear production plans, shot lists, schedules, treatments that get everyone aligned.
- Lead shoots end‑to‑end, light, direct, capture, and keep the energy high while chasing the story.
- Edit with purpose: cut, colour, sound, and motion elements that give the work punch.
- Spot opportunities to make the work better, even if they weren’t in the brief.
- Adapt and problem‑solve on the fly when the day throws curveballs.
- Mentor and lead. Gatekeeping isn't a thing around here. Share the knowledge, build together.

Brisbane, QLD. At our office in Yatala with the crew Monday to Friday
Interstate/global travel often required.
